Ante la crisis que estamos sufriendo del COVID-19 se pueden observar las distintas formas en las que los diversos gobiernos del mundo han decidido comunicar y gestionar. En este artículo, a través de la bibliografía científica de referencia sobre comunicación de crisis, procedemos a analizar los dos principales paradigmas encontrados en este aspecto: el paradigma del confinamiento, y el de la inmunidad de grupo o de rebaño. Respondemos a cuál es el más acertado y por qué es el que más minimiza los daños de la crisis a nivel comunicativo.
In the face of the COVID-19 crisis that we are suffering from, we can see the different ways to comunicate and manage by the various governments of the world. In this article, through the scientific literature reference on crisis communication, we proceed to analyze the two main paradigms: the confinement paradigm, and the group or herd immunity. We respond to which one is the most accurate and why it is the one that most minimizes communicatively the damages of the crisis.
