  En la solicitud de expedición de un certificado conforme al art. 54 Reglamento (CE) 44/2001, debe verificarse si la resolución entra dentro del ámbito de aplicación del Reglamento, cuando en dicha resolución no haya un pronunciamiento sobre su aplicabilidad. Una acción, que tiene por objeto una solicitud de disolución de las relaciones patrimoniales derivadas de una relación de pareja de hecho no registrada está incluida en el concepto de «materia civil» y comprendida en el ámbito de aplicación material de dicho Reglamento (art. 1).

  Article 54 of Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 must be interpreted as is enforceable must ascertain whether the dispute falls within the scope of that regulation, where the court which gave the judgment to be enforced did not adjudicate on whether that regulation was applicable. An action concerning an application for dissolution of the property relationships arising out a de facto (unregistered) partnership, comes within the concept of «civil matter» and falls, therefore, within the material scope of that regulation (art. 1).
