    El presente artículo tiene por finalidad exponer de forma práctica y sencilla, un estudio acerca de las instituciones jurídicas de la caducidad y la prescripción de la acción en el seno del proceso de ejecución, con referencia a la doctrina del retraso desleal en el ejercicio del derecho.
