La revolución tecnológica en las comunicaciones ha terminado llegando a la Administración de Justicia, chocando con algunas de sus estructuras. Al implantarse la obligatoriedad de la comunicaciones por medios electrónicos o telemáticos entre los órganos judiciales y los intervinientes en el proceso, han surgido problemas nuevos y se han dictado resoluciones judiciales que intentan resolverlos. En este trabajo intentamos desde un punto de vista práctico analizar algunos de ellos en el ámbito de la jurisdicción social, en correlación con la LEC, de la que es subsidiaria.
The technological revolution of communications has ended up reaching the Administration of Justice, colliding with its structures. New problems solved by court resolutions, have arisen regarding electronic communications between courts and the rest of legal practitioners intervening in the process, due to its compulsory nature. In this paper we try to analyze, from a practical point of view, some of these problems in the field of labour jurisdiction, according to the Code of Civil Procedure, of which it is subsidiary.
