    Se presenta una propuesta para analizar cómo se gestiona el redolí o derecho de pesca en la Albufera de Valencia por parte de la Comunidad de Pescadores de El Palmar. Se trata de una forma de gestión comunal en la que sólo a través de su pertenencia se puede realizar la actividad pesquera en el Lago. Se denomina redolí tanto al lugar o puesto para la pesca como al derecho para realizar la misma. La metodología que se utilizará será el análisis de la evolución histórica, así como las distintas vicisitudes que ha atravesado el mismo, con referencia a las principales aportaciones doctrinales realizadas sobre la materia. Las limitaciones con las que nos hemos encontrado es una situación de comunidad cerrada, en la que sólo los pertenecientes a la misma puede ejercitar el derecho de pesca en La Albufera de Valencia. La puesta en valor del estudio consiste en explicar las peculiaridades de una comunidad ancestral y que se regula por sus propias normas, debiendo de adaptarlas a los principios constitucionales tras la polémica de excluir a los miembros femeninos de ejercitar su derecho a la pesca.

    A proposal is presented to analyze how the redolí or fishing right is managed in the Albufera of Valencia by the Fishermen Community of El Palmar. It is a form of communal management in which only through its belonging can the fishing activity in the Lake be carried out. Redolí is called both the place or position for fishing and the right to carry it out. The methodology that will be used will be the analysis of the historical evolution, as well as the different vicissitudes that the same has gone through, with reference to the main doctrinal contributions made on the matter. The limitations with which we have found ourselves is a closed community situation, in which only those belonging to the same can exercise the fishing right in La Albufera of Valencia. The value of the study is to explain the peculiarities of an ancestral community and that is regulated by its own rules, having to adapt them to constitutional principles after the controversy of excluding female members from exercising their right to fishing
