The crimes of divinelese majesty and others in whose repression a strong confessional component intervenes penetrate the nineteenth-century Hispanic order under the punitive regime of the collected legislation. In keeping with the advances in the coding process, the religious fact will receive changing treatments: not counting proposals de legeferenda, there will be crimes against the religion of the State, with different range and nuance, in the Codes of 1822 and 1848, returned in the middle of the Novísima Recopilación, against the freedom of cults in the 1870, evolution parallel to the evolution of Spanish constitutionalism and itinerary that seeks to map the present work.
