La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo analizar el proceso de calificación ycertificación de la Incapacidad de los asegurados emitida por el Instituto Venezolano delos Seguros Sociales (IVSS) en el contexto del Marco Jurídico Venezolano, concebidacomo una investigación documental, donde se evidencio que la discriminación que hacela sociedad producto de la lástima o rechazo, no permite que los seres humanos sedesarrollen plenamente, llegando en algunos casos a situaciones verdaderamentelamentables, que, sin duda, deben ser modificadas. Se analizó el proceso de calificacióny certificación de la Incapacidad de los asegurados emitida por el Instituto Venezolano delos Seguros Sociales (IVSS) en el contexto del Marco Jurídico Venezolano. Del análisisse concluyó que las personas con discapacidad tienen derecho a que se les atienda suparticipación e igualdad en el campo laboral y a vivir en una sociedad justa y solidariadonde se respete y garantice con dignidad todos sus derechos, pudiendo ver satisfechossus anhelos, logrando su participación e igualdad como persona natural así como eldesarrollo de políticas, formación e inserción laboral para conseguir su autonomíaeconómica y su entorno familiar, mejoras de su propia autoestima generándose un nuevoparadigma en cuanto a la defensa de sus derechos, tomando en cuenta el apoyo delEstado, la sociedad y el ministerio con competencia en materia de trabajo, y seguridadsocial, se aplican de manera efectiva todos los principios y garantías que se les ofrecen alas personas discapacitadas para la mayor suma de felicidad posible.
The objective of the present investigation was to analyze the qualification and certificationprocess of the insured persons' disability issued by the Venezuelan Institute of SocialSecurity (IVSS) in the context of the Venezuelan legal framework, conceived as adocumentary investigation, Discrimination that makes society the product of pity orrejection, does not allow human beings to fully develop, in some cases reaching trulypitiful situations, which, without a doubt, must be modified. The process of qualificationand certification of the Disability of the policyholders issued by the Venezuelan Institute ofSocial Security (IVSS) was analyzed in the context of the Venezuelan Legal Framework.The analysis concluded that people with disabilities have the right to be attended to theirparticipation and equality in the labor field and to live in a just and solidary society whereall their rights are respected and guaranteed with dignity, being able to see their desiresfulfilled, achieving Their participation and equality as a natural person, as well as thedevelopment of policies, training and job placement to achieve their economic autonomyand family environment, improvements in their own self-esteem, generating a newparadigm in defense of their rights, taking into account the Support from the State, societyand ministry with competence in work, and social security, effectively apply all theprinciples and guarantees that are offered to disabled people for the greatest amount ofhappiness possible.
