La ratificación por el Estado español del “Convenio de Oviedo” en 1999, supone su compromiso de adaptar la legislación relativa a la bomedicina, y a aprobar instrumentos normativos que respeten su finalidad: garantizar los derechos y libertades fundamentales de todos y, asegurar la dignidad e identidad de los seres humanos. Constituye el objeto de este trabajo, el análisis de la vigente normativa española en materia de investigación en humanos.
The ratification by the Spanish State of the “Oviedo Convention” in 1999 implies a commitment to adapt to the legislation on biomedicine, since the normative instruments that respect it: guarantee the rights and fundamental freedoms of all and ensure dignity and identity of human beings. The object of this paper is the analysis of the Spanish normative norm in the field of research in human beings.
