  Este estudio trata del cumplimiento del Derecho alemán con la Carta Social Europea. Para eso, trabaja con las conclusiones del Comité Europeo de Derechos Sociales. Además, analiza la importancia de la Carta Social Europea en la realidad del Derecho en Alemania y en la jurisprudencia. Eso se discute más en el ámbito del derecho de huelga.

  The article analyses the compliance of German law with the European Social Charter based on the conclusions of the European Committee on Social Rights. Furthermore, it shows the relevance of the European Social Charter in German judicature and jurisprudence. Hereby, the German law on strikes and minimum wage serve as the main subjects of this examination.
