El denominado " Derecho Penal Laboral" coexiste con una regulación jurídico- administrativa que se ocupa de fijar sanciones para un determinado catálogo de infracciones laborales en las que puede incurrir el empleador o empresario.
En el presente estudio nos ocuparemos de analizar los tipos penales incardinados en el Titulo XV que sanciona las lesiones especialmente graves a los bienes jurídicamente protegidos por el mismo.
