El presente estudio analiza las disposiciones legislativas más importantes de Justiniano emitidas entre los años 527 – 531 y recogidas en el Codex repetitae praelectionis, dirigidas a evitar la dilación de los procesos civiles, penales y fiscales, tanto de primera como de segunda instancia.
The present investigation analyzes the most important legislative rules of Justinian contained in the Codex repetitae praelectionis between the year 527 to 530, which establish the maximum length of the civil, penal and fiscal procedures in the first in instance as well as the second instance
