Colombia
Using the three-dimensional theory of justice developed by Nancy Fraser and valuing the epistemological relevance of the intersectionalapproach, the author purposes a critical analysis of the Colombian multicultural project at the hands of the Constitutional Court, with specific attention to indigenous communities. At the center of this reflection lies the complexity of the concept of minority, the difficulties in defining 'indigenous territory' and the tension between the different types of pretensions of indigenous groups (pretensions of recognition, distribution and representation)
