La comunicación y la educación se insertan en este círculo virtuoso en el que la tecnología tiene un papel preponderante, mas no exclusivo.

  Thinking and projecting the smart city is a reflexive and critical exercise in which different elements act that constitute an intelligent system, loaded with interactions and transitions. The communication and education are inserted in this virtuous circle in which technology has a predominant, but not exclusive role.
