    Una vez y otra, y de esto hace ya años, penden sobre la norma legal de ejecución notarial de la hipoteca sucesivos ataques de validez. Por primera vez afronta el TS el problema de si una cláusula que permite el acceso a esta ejecución extrajudicial puede considerarse no transparente o abusiva.
