En el trabajo se analizan, críticamente, los condicionantes que la STC 93/2013, de 23 de mayo, establece de cara a la regulación de los efectos jurí- dicos de las convivencias no matrimoniales. El estudio tiene una clara proyección general pero se centra de modo especial en la regulación vasca sobre parejas de hecho . El Parlamento Vasco es el primero que ha normado sobre el régimen in- terno de las parejas no casadas tras la mencionada sentencia y precisamente lo ha hecho profundizando en un planteamiento hoy por hoy rechazado por el Tribunal Constitucional

This article analyzes from a critical perspective the constraints established by the Constitutional Court judgment 93/2013 of May 23rd, regarding the regulation of the legal effects of life-partnerships. The study has a clear general outreach but it places particular emphasis over the Basque regulation about de facto partnerships. The Basque Parliament was the first one to regulate the internal regime of non married couples after the aforementioned judgment and it has done it precisely by deepening in an approach which has nowadays been rejected by the Constitutional Court.
