This article aims to create a conceptual net from the works of Dolores Koch, David Lagmanovich, Irene Andrés-Suárez, Lauro Zavala, Violeta Rojo, Nana Rodríguez, among others who have been searching on and classificating the miniature fiction; as wells as to establish a dialogue with the diversity of proposals; thus condensing the short-short minimum characteristics. The most striking feature is its briefness, whereat most of the critical studies hypotheses refer to, although these studies imply that briefness isnt a sufficient condition to characterize the short-short, it´s unavoidable to address it. Another feature is transtextuality, wich primary function is to collect from other genres, as well as non literary forms, the elements and expressive tools to allow the short-short build itself.
Finally, what I call un-completion refers to the need of a reader to reassert and to complete the text´s meaning, according to his social and subjective views, and also starting from the text´s track marks.
