Postmodernity says a new rhythm to organizations. The excessive competition makes them become continually reshape and restructure. Change is therefore the cornerstone of society. In it, all is accessed online, in real time. In this new environment, consumers appear connected during most of the day, active and engaged. This new consumer assumes a shared power with the institutions. He is capable of producing not only information, but capable of changing social structures. His opinions are put on the network and divulged. This research will be a study of the brazilian fan page �Daily Class�, written by Isadora Faber, 13 years old. In July 2012, she created the page as a way to expose the problems of the school where she studied. The impact was huge inside and outside the online environment. Today, his page has about 540 000 people showing adherence to the cause in just six months of creation. In addition, newspapers across the country reported the story of the teenager who, by actions online, wanted to change the reality.
