The scientific and technological communication is enhanced in the emerging knowledge society constantly called Web 2.0. The blogosphere is an input forms where journalists and broadcast and disseminate scientific information in an instantaneous, interactive and global public. By analyzing documentary examines the concepts of scientific and technological information, blogs and blogosphere, to generate a theoretical approach to the conceptualization of scientific and technological blogs. We analyze the definitions and blogosphere blogs Bijker (1995), Quick (2001), Blood (2002 and 2003), Bowman and Willis (2003), Walker (2005), Desavoye (2005), Singer (2005) Orihuela (2006) and Rojas (2006). We conclude that it is a means of communication with the potential to spread and disseminate scientific and technological information for the socio-cultural development. It allows rapid and interactive exchange of ideas among readers, authors, establishing media connections through language and the ability to work collectively and collaboratively with new identities.
