This study has sought to find the relationship between the personalized tweets and their degree of fidelity. The accounts of the Spanish Ministries of Education and Culture have been the field of investigation. The users demand to know how they behave with the community and if the Community Manager satisfies public requests, or if on the other hand they are mere creators of contents avoiding the interactivity with them. From these researches there is a media analysis where a series of parameters have been applied to obtain reliable results and conclusions that may provide an image about the use of the social networks in those Ministeries.
It has been proved that publishing personalized tweets provides a greater number of followers, that the community needs to be educated to avoid the reiteration of information and to control what the community says about the Institution, and also that if the interactivity with the community is not promoted, it will bring negative perceptions in the relationship between the e-Administration and the citizenship. These conclusions set the guidelines to avoid by the Administration about the relationship with the citizenship in the social networks, what will prevent that their image deteriorates or that is perceived negatively, affecting the main Government and the governing political parties in that moment.
