    The objective is here to understand the affirmation if finds in the book of Rawls The Politician Liberalism, in its conference III, where Rawls affirms: “ I am not worried in defending Kant of this criticizes (Schopenhauer's criticism of the Kantian philosophy), but in observing why the done objection equivalent to justice as fairness is incorrect…”.

    O objetivo aqui é entender a afirmação que se encontra no livro de Rawls o O Liberalismo Político, em sua conferência III, onde Rawls afirma: “... não me preocupo em defender Kant dessa critica (crítica de Schopenhauer a filosofia kantiana), mas em observar por que a objeção equivalente feita à justiça como eqüidade é incorreta...”.
