  Comentario urgente de la Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para 2014, asf como del Real Decreto Ley 16/2013. Se trata de analizar las novedades laborales de esas dos importantes leyes. Se destaca la congelación de las retribucioens a las empleados públicos, La inexistente oferta de empleo público, eIIPREM, etc.

  En el RDLey 16/2013 destacan las modificaciones en el contrato a timepo parcial, especialmente en las horas complementarias, el perrodo de prueba y el incremento de la edad de los hijos hasta los 11 2 años a los efectos de reducir la jornada por su cuidado.

  Urgent analysis of the General State Budget Law for 20 I 4, as well as of the Roya! Decree-Iaw i 6/2013. It is about analyzing the labour novelties of those two important laws. It stands out the pay freeze for civil servants. the nonexistent pub'ic job offer, the IPREM, etc.

  Regarding the Royal Decree-law 16/2013 we should poínt out the modífications in part-time contracts, especially when it comes to complementary hours, the trial period and the extension of the age of chíldren untif they are 12 years old, for the mothers to reduce their working hours so they can look after them.
