Colombia, nación pluriétnica y multicultural, adopta la Etnoeducación como desafío y apuesta a la autonomía, equidad y pertinencia. La educación intercultural constituye un enfoque fundamental para la construcción de paz y convivencia ciudadana.
Desde esta reflexión, el grupo de investigación RUECA de la Universidad de Cartagena � Colombia, comprometido con propuestas curriculares que hagan viable una educación intercultural, con identidad afrodescendiente para ciudadanos del mundo, realiza una investigación cualitativa en una aproximación a la etnografía.
La información se recogió mediante observación, entrevistas, revisión de PEI y documentos escolares hallándose vacíos en la comprensión desde el pensamiento pedagógico universal, la simbología en la familia y comunidad como marco interpretativo y reproductivo de una cultura.
Colombia, a pluriethnic and multicultural nation, takes on ethnical education as a challenge and bets to autonomy, equity, and pertinence. The intercultural education constitutes a fundamental approach to build the peace and civic coexistence.
From this standpoint, the research group RUECA from the Universidad de Cartagena (University of Cartagena) � Colombia, is committed with proposals for the curriculum which makes possible an intercultural education, with an afrodescendant identity for the citizens of the world, did a qualitative research with an ethnography approach.
Data was gathered by means of observation, interviews, pedagogical approaches in the PEI and scholar papers, these showed a lacking in universal pedagogical thinking comprehension and in the symbology in family and community like an interpretative and reproductive reference of a culture.
