En nuestros días, cada vez se hallan más extendidas las ofertas de vuelos a bajo coste, puestas en el mercado por las compañías de aerolíneas conocidas como low-cost. Sin embargo, es habitual que el precio final del billete sea muy superior al inicialmente previsto en los diversos medios publicitarios. Así las cosas, el presente estudio tiene por objeto analizar si dichas prácticas publicitarias podrían estar vulnerando los derechos de los consumidores y usuarios, y si podrían considerarse supuestos de publicidad engañosa.
Nowadays, low-cost flights have become more and more widespread and have been offered by some airline companies known as low-cost carriers. However, it is frequent that the price of a final ticket is much higher than the originally foreseen one in the various advertising media. So, this study is to analyze whether such advertising practices could be violating the rights of consumers and users, and whether cases could be considered misleading advertising.
