El presente artículo tiene la finalidad de analizar la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Colombia, Sala Penal, respecto al caso del ciudadano Rodolfo Sebastián Sánchez Rincón �piloto de aeronaves�, a partir de las disertaciones de Habermas sobre la administración de justicia y los presupuestos jurídico penales sobre el dolo eventual.
This article has the purpose of analyzing the sentence pronounced by the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia, Criminal Division, with respect to the case of the citizen Rodolfo Sebastian Sánchez Rincón �aircraft pilot�, from Habermas�s dissertations on the administration of justice and criminal legal budgets on the eventual deceit.
