This paper seeks to rebuild the notion of Constitutional Patriotism as the only way of political orientation in complex societies with respect to the notion of homeland, based upon feelings which mimic traditional-charismatic stances. This is complemented with the issue of public opinion, which within the frame of postsocialist thinking, it has embraced key developments in order to specify the critical role which the referred issue could assume in internal contexts, catalyzing process which defends the Constitution democratically, specially regarding the so-called States of opinion which mimic majority stances with excluding and authoritarian style.
