The article analyses the Constitutional expressions of sovereignty, as a primary and unlimited power of politicial building. In this sense the article considers four expressions, two of them broadly from the legal perspective: the Constitution and the Constitutional Reform, although the first one es unlimited from the juridical point of view but not in the material neither the logical perspective. The Constitutional Reform is limited from the legal point of view since it could not undermine the Constitution. Sovereignty weak expressions would be the Autonomous Statutes and the Historical Rights, the first ones are not an expressions of the Constituent power and the second ones are not preceding, from the logical or legal perspective, the Constitution, which necessarily ought to comply with.
