El autor presenta en este artículo la configuración constitucional y legal en el derecho costarricence del derecho a la vida privada y del derecho de libertad de información, y la delimitación entre estos derechos en la doctrina y la jurisprudencia de Costa Rica y, en este último caso se realiza la comparación con los estándares de la Corte interamericana de Derechos Humanos.
The author presents in this communication the constitutional and legal configuration, in the Costa Rica Law, of the right to privacy and of the right to freedom of information, and outlines the delimiting between those rights in the doctrine and the jurisprudence of Costa Rica and, in the last case, he does the comparison with the standards of the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights
