    El artículo analiza la relación entre derecho internacional y derecho constitucional en la Constitución de 1925. Se considera el procedimiento de incorporación del derecho internacional al derecho interno y su aplicabilidad, pasando revista a la jurisprudencia de la Corte Suprema sobre la materia y a los prácticos gubernamentales.

    This article analyzes the relationship between International Law and Constitutional Law in the Chilean Constitution of 1925. The article then considers the reception and applicability of International Law within internal law, reviewing the doctrine of the Supreme Court in this matter.
