Case todas estas variables mostraron que os maiores consumidores eran os castelanfalantes, logo os bilingües e, finalmente, os galegofalantes
After having been analysing the evolution of Gallician Language for the last years; thls empírical research has come across numerous significant differences in the consumplion levels of Gallician; Spanish and bi/ingual linguistic groups in Galicia; even when the effects of social class and habita! are eliminated. This has been verified in various kinds of products; such as canned food; drinks; household cleaning goods; cosmetics and personal hygiene products. The same has been observad in terms of level al exposure lo mass media; the frequency of shopping in various stores; domestic appliances lo be found al home; the use of certain financial services and the recent purchase of several goods. Almost all these variables have shown that the biggest cansumers were Spanish natíve speakers; then bilinguals,· and finally Gallician Language speakers
