The mediator between two Le Monde [PATRICK CHAMPAGNE] This article presents an investigation on the figure of the mediator, the person in charge of controlling the deontologic issues of a mass media, in the well-known French newspaper Le Monde. Through the analysis of the mediator's experience, professor Patrick Champagne shows the transformation that is taking place in the mass media in general, and in the press in particular. This transformation has to do with the growing influence of bussiness in the comunication field.
