Se muestra el proceso de incorporacion de la Comunidad Autonoma de Extremadura a la llamada "Sociedad de la Informacion" y se explican los proyectos educativos denominados: "Red Tecnologica Educativa de Extremadura"y "Software libre GNU-LinEx" asi como la incidencia que tienen en el sistema educativo no universitario de la region. El articulo va explicando la creacion de la infraestructura tecnologica, la creacion de un software libre y propio, la formacion del profesorado y termina con la generacion de contenidos curriculares interactivos.
In this article the incorporation process is shown from Extremadura to the .Society of the Information. and the educational projects, .Educational Technological Net of Extremadura. and .Free Software GNU-LinEx. is explained, as well as the incidence that they have in the system educational of the region. The article describes the creation of the technological infrastructure, the creation of a free and own software, the teacher.s formation and it finishes with the generation of interactive curricular contents.
