This article explores the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation ability among college students based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. With the rapid development of technology and the country’s high emphasis on cultivating innovative talents, cultivating the scientific and technological innovation ability of college students has become an important task of higher education. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, as an effective multi-attribute decision analysis method, can comprehensively consider the influence of multiple factors and provide scientific basis for the evaluation and cultivation of scientific and technological innovation ability of college students. The study first analyzed the current situation and existing problems in cultivating the scientific and technological innovation ability of college students, pointing out the limitations of traditional evaluation methods and the advantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then, based on the characteristics of college students’ technological innovation ability, a training evaluation system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was constructed, which includes multiple dimensions such as innovation ability, team collaboration, practical experience, and achievement output. Collect data through questionnaire surveys and expert interviews, and conduct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the technological innovation ability of college students.
