With the development of large-scale infrastructure construction, the consumption of building resources and the generation of resource waste are increasing. At present, China is experiencing industrial upgrading and industrial transformation, so a large number of resources will inevitably be consumed excessively. For the research of green building evaluation model, sustainable development must be the primary research standard. In the assessment, natural environment change, human behavior and human survival needs should be linked to ensure green construction on the basis of sustainable development. Therefore, in order to evaluate regional green buildings, we must first find a suitable evaluation model. In order to more objectively understand the importance difference of each factor in the regional green building evaluation system, this paper first uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate part of the weight. Then the weight of the remaining part is obtained based on the entropy weight method, and finally the two are combined to form a combined weight. Namely, the regional green building weight calibration system based on AHP entropy weight method. Through the example verification, it is found that the weight generated by the model is the same as that after the comprehensive evaluation of experts. The change degree of each evaluation index itself has been fully considered, and the influence of green building consumers and investors has been improved. The evaluation results are more intuitive, accurate and objective. It can provide guidance for the sustainable evaluation of green buildings in China, and provide a new reference for the research of sustainable development evaluation system and evaluation methods.
