With the continuous development of big data technology, the smart scenic area marketing system, as an important application field in the tourism industry, is facing unprecedented development opportunities. The smart scenic area marketing system refers to a new tourism service model that utilizes information technology and data analysis methods to intelligently manage and personalize scenic area resources. This article studies the construction of an intelligent scenic area operation and management system based on genetic intelligence optimization algorithms and information technology. This model is commonly used in the intelligent analysis process of intelligent scenic area operation and management. Introduced the application of genetic intelligence optimization algorithm in the operation and management analysis system of intelligent scenic spots in China. Designed an intelligent scenic area operation and management model based on genetic intelligence optimization algorithm. This algorithm can provide intelligent services to different scenic spots based on the intelligent characteristics of intelligent scenic spot operation and management. Finally, the experimental results indicate that the intelligent scenic area operation and management system model based on genetic intelligence optimization algorithm can efficiently and efficiently serve the tourists of each scenic area. And provide multi-directional and interactive information multiple times.
