El articulo aborda el tema del difícil enfoque de la Unión Europea sobre temas éticamente sensibles, pero, al mismo tiempo, también se explica la vocación europea para resolver temas prácticos de bioética. En este contexto, el trabajo intenta explicare cómo encontrar una síntesis entre el derecho a la explotación económica de los resultados de la investigación y la protección del bienestar humano.
The article addresses the difficult approach of the European Union to ethically sensitive issues, but, at the same time, it also explains the European vocation to solve practical bioethical issues. In this context, the paper tries to explain how to find a synthesis between the right to economic exploitation of research results and the protection of human welfare.
