El propósito de esta investigación es desarrollar una aplicación móvil con tecnología de comunicación de voz para optimizar el control de inventarios en la empresa Carrero aplicando la metodología Mobile-D PhpMyAdmin como base de datos utilizada. El problema identificado es la falta de mejora en la gestión de inventarios donde el conteo, entradas, salidas y la búsqueda de estos productos que la empresa solicita son las principales causas identificadas en la investigación. El método empleado es de tipo aplicado, diseño pre-experimental y enfoque cuantitativo donde la población está conformada por 32 trabajadores de la empresa Carrero y la muestra sigue siendo de 32 por ser una población muy baja. Los resultados obtenidos después de realizar la encuesta muestran que la empresa necesita mejorar todos los procesos relacionados con el inventario, almacenamiento y despacho y, por lo tanto, se propone mejorar las aplicaciones móviles para mejorar las necesidades de la empresa.
The purpose of this research is to develop a mobile application with voice communication technology to optimize inventory control in the company Carrero applying the Mobile-D PhpMyAdmin methodology as the database used. The identified problem arises from the lack of improvement in inventory management where counting, inputs, outputs and the search for these products that the company requests are the main causes identified in the research. The method of the research is of applied type, pre-experimental design and quantitative approach where the population is made up of 32 workers of the company Carrero and the sample is still 32 for being a very low population. The results obtained after conducting the survey show that the company needs to improve all processes related to inventory, storage and dispatch and, therefore, it is proposed to improve the mobile applications to improve the needs of the company.
