La actividad recreativa de la pesca marítima ha sido tímidamente estudiada desde una perspectiva jurídica. En este contexto, se considera apropiado esclarecer la respuesta del derecho ante los riesgos generados por la actividad pesquera recreativa en su interacción con el medio ambiente, los recursos naturales relacionados con la pesca y, en concreto, sobre el dominio público marítimo-terrestre sobre el que, en ocasiones, se proyecta. Todo ello, independientemente de que su vocación primigenia sea la de satisfacer necesidades de ocio, deporte o entretenimiento, al margen de la actividad profesional y comercial de la pesca
The recreational activity of maritime fishing has been timidly studied from a legal perspective. In this context, it is considered appropriate to clarify the response of the law to the risks generated by recreational fishing activity in its interaction with the environment, the natural resources related to fishing and, specifically, on the maritime-terrestrial public domain over which it is sometimes projected. All of this, regardless of whether its original vocation is to satisfy leisure, sporting or entertainment needs, outside the professional and commercial activity of fishing
