This article consists of a case study of Lamborghini, the manufacturing firm part of the Volkswagen group and based in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy. It examines the provisions of the collective agreement concluded in 2024 in comparison with the agreements negotiated over the previous 15 years, focusing on two important aspects: participation at the collective level, and working hours at the individual level.
