El presente trabajo analiza la legalidad de un Acuerdo del Consejo de ministros que acuerda la clausura de una parte de la red ferroviaria de interés general como consecuencia de su falta de rentabilidad económica. En la adopción del Acuerdo del Consejo de ministros se analiza el papel que la normativa ferroviaria atribuye a ADIF y, en general, las causas para la justificación del cierre parcial de la línea y de la negativa a la financiación de la misma en condiciones de insuficiencia económica de la misma.
This work analyzes the legality of an Agreement of the Council of Ministers that agrees to the closure of a part of the railway network of general interest as a consequence of its lack of economic profitability.
