En la presente comunicación se dará breve cuenta de los principales pronunciamientosdel Tribunal de Justicia en la materia, subrayándose la existencia de significativos cambios en su razonamiento, así como la importancia de la misma parala regulación del uso de las técnicas de la inteligencia artificial basadas ensistemas de autoaprendizaje.

This brief contribution discusses the mainrulings by the European Court of Justice on this matter, underlying the existence of significant changes on its reasoning and its importance for the regulation of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in self-learning systems.
