La entrada de la robótica y de la inteligencia artificial en el mundo jurídico es un hecho y plantea algunos retos que han impulsado una nueva rama jurídica: el Derecho de los robots. En este trabajo repasamos las cuestiones actuales —y aún irresueltas en términos jurídicos— referidas al estatuto legal general de los robots y el reconocimiento de una eventual persona robótica, los desafíos de la interacción persona-robot, los problemas de responsabilidad civil y el impacto más urgente derivado de los coches autónomos y la sustitución de trabajadores por robots
The entrance of robotics and artificial intelligence into the legal world is a fact and poses some challenges that have led to the emergence of a new legal branch: Robot law. In this paper, we review the current —and still unresolved in legal terms— issues regarding the general legal sta-tus of robots and the recognition of an eventual robotic person, the challenges of human-robot interaction, civil liability issues and the most urgent impact arising from autonomous cars and the replacement of workers by robots
