El presente trabajo se propone reconstruir los procesos asociativos gremiales de un sector del empresariado agropecuario de Entre Ríos, desde una perspectiva histórica. Se indaga el surgimiento de las Sociedades Rurales en la segunda mitad de la década de 1890, en tiempos de expansión del modelo agroexportador. Se destaca que diversas políticas del Estado entrerriano posibilitaron la formación de la “Sociedad Rural de Entre Ríos”, germen de las “Rurales” en los distintos departamentos. Además, desde una escala de análisis regional se explora su asociativismo federado con la creación -hacia la década de 1930 y en tiempos de intervencionismo conservador-de la Confederación de Sociedades Rurales del Litoral (CSRL), compuesta por las entidades ruralistas de Entre Ríos, Corrientes y los entonces territorios nacionales de Chaco, Formosa y Misiones. Las fuentes empleadas son los Discursos de Gobernadores ante la Asamblea Legislativa, libros de actas de asambleas y publicaciones de las asociaciones agropecuarias, en diálogo con la bibliografía especializada.
he present work aims to reconstruct the union associative processes of a sector of the agricultural business community of Entre Ríos, from a historical perspective. The emergence of Rural Societies is investigated in the second half of the 1890s, in times of expansion of the agro-export model. It is highlighted that various policies of the Entre Ríos State made possible the formation of the “Rural Society of Entre Ríos”, the seed of the “Rurals” in the different departments. Furthermore, from a regional analysis scale, its federated associativismis explored with the creation -around the 1930s and in times of conservative interventionism -of the Confederation of Rural Societies of the Litoral (CSRL), composed of the ruralist entities of Entre Ríos, Corrientes and the then national territories ofChaco, Formosa and Misiones.
