Este artículo muestra la vulnerabilidad con la que se exponen a diario las personas con discapacidad, en especial aquellas que tienen enfermedades poco frecuentes, y su lucha con las obras sociales y el Estado. El fallo del Tribunal remarca la importancia y cumplimiento del respeto de los derechos y garantías del grupo vulnerable, como así también la responsabilidad conjunta entre la APROSS con la Provincia de Córdoba frente al otorgamiento de medicamentos.
This article shows the vulnerability that people with disabilities, especially those with rare diseases, are exposed to on a daily basis, and their struggle with social security and the state. The Court's ruling highlights the importance of respecting the rights and guarantees of the vulnerable group, as well as the joint responsibility between APROSS and the Province of Cordoba in the provision of medicines.
