El Decreto Ley 7/2024, de 9 de julio, del Consell, de simplificación administrativa de la Generalitat responde a la necesidad de desarrollar actividades productivas en un entorno cambiante, y todo ello a través de un conjunto de medidas de simplificación administrativa y mejora de la calidad regulatoria incluidas en un decreto "Omnibus". En este artículo se abordan las principales reformas en el ámbito urbanístico y de la ordenación del territorio en la Comunidad Valenciana, cuyo eje principal es la agilización del procedimiento de los instrumentos de planeamiento y la incorporación de la figura de los proyectos de interés autonómico.
Decree Law 7/2024, of 9 July, of the Consell, on Administrative Simplification of the Generalitat, responds to the need to develop productive activities in a changing environment through a series of measures of administrative simplification and improvement of the quality of regulation, included in an "omnibus" decree. This article deals with the main reforms in the field of urban and regional planning in the Valencian Community, which focus on the streamlining of the procedure for planning instruments and the incorporation of the figure of projects of regional interest.
