El objetivo de este documento, es abordar el análisis de las distopías neoliberales, mediante los mitos racionalizadoresy, sus respectivos procesos de institucionalización, en el desarrollo e implementación de las políticas migratorias, su interacción con los gobiernos de derecha, -Macri en Argentina y el segundo gobierno de Piñera, en Chile-, así como con la ciudadanía migrante -peruana-. Para el desarrollo de la investigación utilizamos la etnometodología, la construcción de narrativas, para presentar dos estudios de caso, y, así constatar como la paradoja del libre mercado y la elección racional-homus economicus-se transforman en distopías neoliberales, cuya empiria se manifiesta a través de instaurar, de manera operativa, -legitima o no-Estados omnipresentes, cuyos gobiernos basan su quehacer político, negando, a los migrantes, sus derechos humanos, comenzando por la dignidad.
The objective of this document is to address the analysis of neoliberal dystopias, through the rationalization myths and their institutionalization process, the development and implementation of migration policies, their interaction with the governments ofthe right, Macri from Argentina and de government, second, Piñera from the Chile –whit migrant citizen ship -from Peru-. This investigation, use the ethnomethodology, the building narratives; the case’s study, and, thus, we can see how the paradox of the free market and the rational choice -homus economicus-are transformed into neoliberal dystopias, chose empiricism is manifested through establishing, in an operational way -legitimized or not-omnipresent States, whose governments base their political work, denying migrants their human rights, starting with dignity
