La investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el control interno y la gestión logística en la municipalidad Distrital de Pativilca en Perú, específicamente los medios de intervención para la gestión logística digital. La investigación que se realizo fue de tipo básica con un nivel de investigación descriptivo- correlacional; y diseño no experimental, debido a que no se manipularon las variables, por lo que se tomó como muestra un total de 62 colaboradores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pativilca, para la recolección de información se utilizó la técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Además, la información recopilada se procesó por el software estadístico SPSS V25 y como resultado se determinó que el control interno se relaciona de manera positiva con la gestión logística digital en la Municipalidad Distrital de Pativilca, donde los elementos considerados es la calidad y la efectividad de las disposiciones que intervienen en la gestión. Se concluye que la gestión logística digital, se basa en procesos de resiliencia particularmente en la cadena de suministro para adaptar de manera efectiva las tendencias futuras en interrupciones tecnológicas.
The objective of the research is to analyze the internal control and logistics management in the Pativilca District Municipality in Peru, specifically the means of intervention for digital logistics management. The research that was carried out was of a basic type with a descriptive-correlational research level; and non-experimental design, because the variables were not manipulated, so a total of 62 collaborators of the Pativilca District Municipality were taken as a population, for the collection of information the survey technique was used and the questionnaire as an instrument. In addition, the information collected was processed by the statistical software SPSS V25 and as a result it was determined that internal control is positively related to digital logistics management in the Pativilca District Municipality, where the elements considered are the quality and effectiveness of the provisions that intervene in the management. It is concluded that digital logistics management is based on resilience processes, particularly in the supply chain, to effectively adapt to future trends in technological disruptions.
