The present work will have for objective to analyze the relationship between Human Rights and Morals taking into account the problem around his execution in an universal perspective. We know that the Human Rights while an ideal to be reached by all of the people and for all of the nations are extremely linked to the moral subject. At the present time, to speak in Human Rights implicates to speak in moral values. Once without moral values it would be practically impossible to speak in Human Rights. This way, we tried to approach in this study the thought of Kant and Habermas, philosophers of addition importance to understand the universalization of the moral values, and since then, to try to understand the Human Rights as a good of universal order.
O presente trabalho terá por objetivo analisar a relação entre Direitos Humanos, Moral e Razão levando em consideração o problema em torno de sua execução numa perspectiva universal. Sabemos que os Direitos Humanos enquanto um ideal a ser atingido por todos os povos e por todas as nações estão extremamente ligados à questão moral. Na atualidade, falar em Direitos Humanos implica falar em valores morais. Uma vez sem valores morais ficaria praticamente impossível falar em direitos humanos. Portanto, um parece estar extremamente ligado ao outro. Mas em que se baseiam estes valores? Ao longo da história a questão relativa aos valores morais esteve ligada a distintos campos como às paixões em David Hume ou aos instintos como no caso da transvaloração moral em Nietzsche. Entretanto a razão como fator determinante dos valores morais, sempre foi o elemento mais recorrente e lapidado nas elaborações dos sistemas éticos existentes, influindo também, nos Direitos Humanos. Porém, estes mesmos direitos, fundamentados em uma moral racional, parecem muitas vezes ser de difícil execução.
