el presente trabajo tiene por objeto el análisis del marco regulatorio de las neurotecnologías en la Unión Europea. En aras de dotar de coherencia y sistematización al objeto de la investigación, el estudio se realiza mediante una los neurodispositivos en función de la normativa que les sea de aplicación. Todo ello con la finalidad de articular un marco teórico que facilite la comprensión de un panorama normativo sumamente complejo. Los resultados del trabajo evidencian que la situación en términos regulatorios es, de momento, suficiente, aunque mejorable, por lo que se realizan algunas recomendaciones de cara a posibles futuras reformas normativas.
The aim of this paper is to analyze the regulatory framework of neurotechnologies in the European Union. In order to provide coherence and systematization to the object of the research, the study is performed by means of a classification of neurodevices according to the regulations that apply to them. The purpose is to establish a theoretical framework that will assist to understand a highly complex regulatory landscape. The results of the research indicate that the regulatory situation is, for now, adequate, although there is room for improvement. Consequently, some recommendations are put forth for consideration in the possible future reform of the regulatory framework
