En este artículo se analizan las sentencias de casación emitidas por el Tribunal Supremo desde 1870 hasta 1972referidas al delito de lesa majestad o delitos contra el jefe del Estado, que fue la denominación que con el tiempo adquirió, para ver su relación con las modificaciones legales existentes en cada época históricay constatar tanto la evolución legislativa como la normativa relacionada con dichos delitos.Nuestro propósito es realizar una tarea de revisión y análisis sobre la Jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo desde 1870 hasta 1972, para observar cómo ha ido evolucionando la doctrina del Tribunal Supremo.
This article analyzes the cassation rulings issued by the Supreme Court from 1870 to 1978 referring to the crime of lèse majestéor crimes against the head of State, which was the name it acquired over time, to see its relationship with legal modifications existing in each historical period and verify both the legislative evolution and the regulations related to said crimes. Our purpose is to carry out a review and analysis task on the Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court from 1870 to 1972, to observe how thedoctrine of the Supreme Court has evolved.
