Nosotros a través del presente conforme la metodología implementada, realizamos un estudio sobre algunos pensamientos de la dogmática jurídica penal y teoría del delito, además establecimos una postura personal conforme el estudio de algunos elementos de las teorías causalistas, la finalista y las funcionalistas, con ello, consideramos al-canzamos los tres principales objetivos en el presente, los cuales son el estudio dogmático sobre elementos de nuestro interés de la teo-ría del delito, asumir una postura referente a los aportaciones doctrinales analizadas en el presente, y dar espacio a una propuesta refe-rente a los temas tratados con base a nuestra perspectiva de la realidad.
Through the present, according to the methodolo-gy implemented, we carried out a study on some thoughts of criminal legal dogmatics and theory of crime, we also established a personal position accor-ding to the study of some elements of the causalist, finalist and functionalist theories, thereby , we consi-der we have achieved the three main objectives in the present, which are the dogmatic study of elements of our interest in the theory of crime, assuming a po-sition regarding the doctrinal contributions analyzed in the present, and giving space to a proposal regar-ding the Topics discussed based on our perspective of reality
